Dynamic Design products are built to transmit signals faithfully with no inherent distortion by using innovative materials and design processes.

Dynamic Design was founded with the primary goal of designing products that push the envelope in terms of performance and utility. Our designs present a blank (completely transparent) canvas so components can deliver their masterpieces without restriction, allowing the listener to fully realize the true potential of their dream systems!

We recognize that cable design choices or processes and results are plentiful and vary from one designer to the next. The one constant goal in cable design is that of transmitting a signal. There are several components that will affect the ability of a cable to transmit a signal, the conductor, insulation, jacket, shielding, grounding, and connectors. The use or implementation of these components affect the signal in ways that are dictated by the quality of materials and processes used. This is a given regardless of whether the cable type is an interconnect, speaker cable, power cord, or digital cable.

The wide ranging amalgamation of these design choices or processes is what yields the also widely differing performance of the many products available today. The best products are always the ones that give equal weight to all components of cable design, as apposed to one or two of the many choices available, dynamic design products undergo extensive research & development on all cable design parameters, to maximize the performance of all cable components in any given design. The results bring you closer to musical reality.   • MLIS™ (Multi-Layered Insulation System) that offer high propagation velocity speeds as a result of extremely low dielectric constants. Insulators do a lot more than prevent the shorting of conductors, they also affect signal transmission speed and distortion. Poor insulators can leach the signal from the conductors, becoming conductors themselves and releasing the leached or stored signal out of phase of the original signal. This causes smearing and other distortions that change the signal relative to the recorded media. Dynamic Design insulators are designed to leach none of the signal transmitted by the conductors resulting in impeccable phase accuracy that renders music with stunning clarity, speed, instrumental timbres and dynamic agility.

  • HPBM™ (High Purity Bi-Metal) conductors combine the characteristics of complementary metals for maximum conductivity and linear frequency response. Dynamic Design’s HPBM conductors utilize a number of metals in alloy form with high purity Silver, alloyed with many other metals to create conductors with high conductivity and linear spectral signatures. These in turn deliver smooth frequency response that does not favor any frequency over another.

  • UMLS™ (Unitized Multi-Layer Shielding) technology for ultra-wide bandwidth protection from noise. With noise dominating at higher frequencies, a well-designed shielding system offers more resolution at all frequencies as well as increasing the usable bandwidth of a system. Our Unitized Multi Layer Shields use two or more shields arrayed concentrically for more uniform coverage and unparalleled wide bandwidth protection from noise. Our UMLS™ technology reduces coupling capacitance between adjacent conductors as well as reducing the total cable capacitance. It also improves signal speeds by up to 38% compared to standard shielding methods with superior delay and slew rate (short rise times) characteristics. It delivers more realistic dynamic transients, acoustical cues and, attack and decay characteristics. UMLS™ as implemented in Dynamic Design products offer extension well into the GHz frequencies for a resolute and non-fatiguing wide bandwidth performance.

  • Dynamic Shielding™ technology is the combination of two innovative noise abatement processes. It marries our UMLS™ (Unitized Multi-Layer Shielding) technology with our new GIT™ (Ground Isolation Technology). Our UMLS™ technology utilizes an array of shields to protect and isolate the internal conductors from internal and external noise as well as to cancel the magnetic fields generated within the cable assembly; Our GIT™ also protects the internal conductors from noise and isolates the system ground circuit from noise. This is done by using a specially designed, self-contained DC powered circuit that prevent noise from being assimilated into the ground circuit and permeating the entire system. Our GIT™ is powered by a 3-volt battery power supply using readily available and replaceable AA batteries. When not needed, the battery power supply can be turned off to extend battery life by up to several months.

  • HST™ (Hybrid Shielding Technology) combines two or more different types of shields for even greater shielding effectiveness over a wider bandwidth. The often used braided shields are more effective for fighting RFI noise than at combating EMI noise, our HST™ utilizes both a tightly braided shield and a special EMI shield for ultra-wide bandwidth performance and extremely low noise floor.

  • MSC™ (Multi-Solid Core) conductors use multiple carefully chosen solid core conductors for even greater frequency linearity and improved signal delivery.
