Product Return Policy

All new products sold on this site come with a 14-Day return period for a refund (conditions apply)

1. Products must be returned within fourteen days of verified receipt (using tracking data).
2. Products must be returned in original as received and undamaged packaging.
3. Buyer must obtain permission prior to returning products.
4. Products must be returned in as new condition.
5. Buyer must provide tracking information for returned products.
6. Buyer is responsible for return shipment costs.
7. Return shipment must be insured for full product purchase price.
8. Dynamic Design AV is not responsible for missing return shipments.
